One Clearlake is powered by a 6,000 amp, three-phase, four-wire 277/480V service to the main switchgear with a 4,400 amp bus duct delivering service to each floor. Each floor has two electric panels, a 277/480v panel, and a 120/208V panel.

HVAC SYSTEM

Two Trane Series-S CenTraVac, 300-ton chillers with a Marley dual cell 624-ton cooling tower delivered by air handling units on each floor, containing 29-34 tons of cooling controlled by a Trane Tracer energy management system.

24/7 security is located in the lobby with daytime roving patrols. The building has a keycard access system.
